How do I change the email on my Llega Account?
If you need to change your Llega account email, remember that, for security reasons, you can’t do it directly from the Llega App or Llega Center. Recommendations Before Requesting an Email Change:
- To keep your information secure, only the Llega account owner can request an email update.
- Make sure your purchase was completed successfully before trying to log in.
- Check that you’re entering the same email address you used at checkout.
- If you paid with Apple Pay, PayPal, or Google Pay, the email linked to your payment method may have been used for your purchase.
- If you haven’t received your eSIM yet, check your inbox and spam folder first. It might arrive in a few minutes, and you may not need to change your email.
- For security reasons, our Llega support team can only update the email linked to your Llega account. If you need to change other personal details, such as your name, phone number, or address, you’ll need to make a new purchase with an unregistered email to create a new account.
